It's small enough for a tiny area or space. The glass dome adds a touch of clarity from your bulb if you add the modern clear glass energy saving bulbs like the Edison. You can chose between clear or yellow tint, your choice. This was easy to install and also provides a hinge so that you can place on a wall as a wall sconce if you would like to do so. Either way this modern vessel adds a modern sophistication to any room and decor.

Overall, the Maxim Vessel pendant failed to meet expectations, and I recommend exploring alternative options.

Great product!

The clear glass is very nice, thick enough to be substantial, but not too heavy looking or feeling. The finish on the metal is very nice as well. It comes with multiple rods so that the length of the fixture can be adjusted. I would recommend this product.
