The black has a textured, matte coating and does not look like shiny metal with white inside. The product was packaged carefully and installation was as expected.

This Pendant comes supplied with (3) 12” inch and (1) 6” inch downrods for hanging height adjustment from 13.5" inch minimum to 49.50” inch maximum.

Yes, this Eight-Inch LED Outdoor Hanging Lantern Dark Sky can be installed on an angled ceiling. This Pedant comes supplied with 43-inch length adjustable down rods. Using these down rods & install this fixture according to your installation need height.
