I must say, it makes a world of difference. No more buzzing or that crazy tube lighting look. A couple things that would be good to know: This light is bright - a dimmer may be needed. The install was pretty straight forward, but it was a little difficult to connect the wires to the wires coming out of the ceiling by myself. I needed a helper. Start to finish, the install took about 45 minutes, but I could see it being done much more quickly.
