Worst engineered fan ever
Bought this and within a year it started making excessive noise. It was in a room seldom used so I just didn’t turn it on as much. Within three years it was completely broken down, would not rotate, made enough noise to make heat tolerable, but at 23 feet up I did not want to mess with it. I did complain and they sent me a motor and contacts, that I had to replace, and no instructions given, and now nothing works.
This is a beautiful fan poorly designed and even worse warrantied. Anyone who has purchased this fan should run from it and get it sent back before the Mickey Mouse warranty expires. There are fans that are fifty years old and still working, this design can’t make it four years and the warranty is even shorter.

Twin Turbofan 42 inch ceiling
Unique look and cool looking when it rotates . Gives the old restoration feeling and everyone that comes in loves it. It gives enough breeze for my 15x20 ft room. The light is nothing to speak of so dont count on it to light the room but still love the fan. Controls mount in with my other light switches for that room. Fans pivot to angle the breeze and mine is best at a 45 degree. My ceiling is 10 ft and this fan still meets the minimum floor to fan height code.

Has everyone gasping
This product is so unique that everyone, including my installer, is commenting on it.. In addition to being unique, it cools better than a regular ceiling fan, looks fantastic, and contrary to many reviews, is quiet. It is the best ceiling fan purchase I have made. I must say that Lighting Direct has met my expectations on everything I have ever bought from them. Their service reps are the best.

Very Unique
I have had this fan for three years. I could not be happier with it. However, when I had my 30 ft ceiling painted, the painters covered it and since then, it will not gyrate.
I had a service person tell me that it was a "closed housing" so therefore could not be repaired. I still use it. Still love it. And would just like to find someone who can get it to gyrate again.

Beautiful
This is the most unique fan I have ever seen. It looks just like the picture and it is the talk of my new house. Everyone that sees it ask where did you find this at. It is more than I expected and I am a very hard person to please. I would recommend this to anyone that wants something different and unique. It is a focal point in my den.

AWESOME FAN
I have had mine for 3 years. Great fan but even a better conversation piece. Its funny to watch people not be able to put it into words but just point to it. Great fan. I had it installed as I feared my limited skills would have messed it up but my guy said oddly it was the easiest fan to install he had ever had.

Beautiful Fan
Bought this fan based on looks and was not disappointed. It is beautiful and adds so much to our living area. Puts out a good bit of air and the rotation is an attention grabber. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it has developed a rattle when it is turned off. Not sure what the issue is.

Great Purchase
I bought two of these fans to hang in a great room with a 27' ceiling - these fans are beautiful, well crafted and make a great conversation piece. In high speed they make a little more noise than expected but not so loud to be annoying. I am very happy with this purchase, you will be too!
