The fans are really great: high air flow, remote, very sleek and contemporary even for an older house with low ceilings. One fan has a broken part, and customer service was amazing going above and beyond to fix the problem. They really bent over backwards so we wouldn't have to take it down and send it back. (Our builder installed it because my hubby is disabled). This is definitely my go to place for anything home! The prices are very competitive, but finding the cheapest price is easy. Customer service as great as theirs is priceless! I literally received responses within minutes.....even on weekends!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Raj from Decent value [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] MinkaAire fans tend to be reasonably priced for the quality. A friend and I put five fans together so that a handy man can hang them. After the first one, these fans are easy to put together and hang. The receiver for the remote operation can be hard to stuff into the canopy. A better description/photo is needed to assist in installation. Instructions to set the remote need clarity. All the remotes are set to the same frequency and thus to avoid activation of all fans in proximity, frequencies need to be set individually. The instructions need a better explanation of frequency settings. Blade Balancing instructions need clarity also.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jemick from Great fan for price After agonizing over multiple choices and price points for a fan with the right looks and a light included, we decided on this fan. We put this in our media room. The installation was easy and quick and it looks very stylish. It puts out a decent amount of air and the included remote fits nicely on the wall. The only negative aspect is that the light is not very bright, but since we have recessed lights in the room, that is not a huge concern.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anne from Great fan We have purchased six of these fans and they are wonderful. Easy to install, look great, really helps to circulate the air. The only negative is you can’t flush mount them. It never entered my mind to check because the first three I bought were being mounted on very high ceilings. The second three are on eight foot ceilings and the stem that connects to ceiling makes the fan feel really low. But overall they are awesome and stylish.

Unlike other fans with lights I have purchased, this fan's light is bright and completely lights up the bedroom. Mind you the bedroom is fairly small but it has totally improved the lighting in the room. Plus, the light is so low profile. The overall design is simple and sleek. It operates at 3 speeds and is completely silent. I will buy this fan again.

Things I would change: The motor is a little noisy and I would like the ability to control the light in the same way the fan speed is controlled. Currently with the light, one has to hold down the button and the light dims or brightens to the desired setting.

Had minka aire hugger fans in other rooms and decided to give this fan a try. This was easy to install and nearly silent when running! works great. love the LED that dims. the remote works perfectly. absolutely no complaints. great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bigjack from Bone White didn't work for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bone white is almost like a buttercream. Against white ceiling you would really notice. Returned the fan for this reason only and ordered a different MinkaAire fan that is available in a more standard white. Have purchased this brand in the past and have had good experience.
