Rated 3 out of 5 by Tangible from Nice fan with very poor reliability I bought two of these for a covered porch. One was dead. I got a free replacement. The other one died a few weeks later. I got another free replacement. Manufacturer's phone support was helpful, and there was no hassle getting the bad units replaced. The big problem is that instead of one visit from the electrician to install the fans, I needed three. One for the initial install, one for the install of the replacement for the doa fan, and then a third to take down the second failed unit and install the replacement. It's not clear who's supposed to pay for these extra visits. This is a new model, and I suppose there are some early production problems. I'm just hoping my remaining two fans don't go the way of their predecessors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andy77 from Best fan ever! If you want a fan that's quiet, good air flow, not clunky & blends into the ceiling--this is the one! (Bought the flat white.) This fan is perfect for modern & transitional decor. We have 10' ceilings & a big BR to include a dressing area. Having only three blades that are 54" is the way to go! I would buy this fan again & again. We had it professionally installed. If the motor is loud, you might need a new wall switch. Electrician changed out our old switch & it's super quiet. We mostly use the remote, though.

Secondly, this fan looks great, contemporary and gives off a lot of air. I purchased this for my lanai and am now going to buy another one for my living room and master bedroom. That's how much I love this fan....and, Im a picky customer. Just ask my husband:-)

We installed them just over a year ago in our second home, where they get very light use, and now one does not operate at high speed and the led kit light is very dim. It does not brighten beyond 30% its original brightness. So disappointing.

We couldn't make the ceiling as high as we wanted, so when it came to selecting ceiling fans, we wanted something sleek. We chose white fans with a white ceiling. These fans are great. The fans move the air well and give off a bright light, yet don't make the ceiling feel too low.

This by far is the quietest, and pushes the most air on low speed. Installation, a little more involved than the others, but not hard. Very happy with this fan.

Does this operate with a wall control or a remote?

This fan works with both remote as well as wall control. This fan comes supplied with a remote control (RCS213). Can be used with wall control, WCS213, sold separately.
