Q & A

Do you have to control this fan with the app? Or can the fan and lights be turned on/off with a traditional wall switch as well? Can you adjust fan speed without the app? Also, what downrod can be used for this fan?

Hello, Please call 800-527-0998 and the customer care team will be able to help order a compatible wall control. The fan cannot be controlled by a regular toggle switch. It must have a fan rated LED wall control by Minka Aire. THX
