One of mine arrived with cracked glass and a missing screw - customer service was so helpful in getting out replacements from the manufacturer. I literally tore out the ugliest 90's old brass fixtures for these beauties and I'm so happy I did. I'm doing entire bath remodels and with the new cabinets and countertops I know these will look perfect!
