Is this light dimmable. Can I get it with a white drum shadwe?

We just installed the light and need to install a dimmer switch. It's very bright with the maximum bulbs used. We really love the light. As far as I know, I the shade only comes in off white. The only problem I had was the chain wasn't long enough. Where I was installing the light, my breakfast nook, the ceiling is pitched and very high. I needed another 3-4' chain and they only sold 10'. I found chain at Home Depot that was reasonably priced and used that. It looks great!

Total distance from ceiling...to bottom of shade? Thanks

The height of the fixture is 21.125"-inch; it includes 42 inches of chain. The handing height from the ceiling to the bottom of the fixture is approximately 63"-inches. The chain can be adjusted to hang the fixture at 36"-inches height.
