Light Fixture Not As Pictured
When I received this light I was disappointed to find that the bottom of the light fixture is not as pictured on the website and unfortunately looks cheaper. I wrote the company and they said there have been no product changes which means the image online is not accurate.

Can you use Edison type chandelier bulbs in it since it is enclosed? They state not in an enclosed fixture?
Yes, You can use equivalent Vintage Edison Bulb for aesthetics.

Is the entire lamp metal or part wood?
It is stained metal. Glass cannisters have a top on them which makes a build up of heat from the bulb. I need to clean them often. I do have this in the dinning room as the stain matched the color of our walls. I plan on replacing the glass.

This Chandelier does not have a plug in option; it needs to be hardwired.

What does damp rated mean? Are the bulbs enclosed? Can rain do into the glass cylinders ?
The lighting fixtures and fans marked "Suitable for Damp Locations" or "Suitable for Wet Locations" can be used in damp locations. A damp location is an exterior or interior location that is normally or periodically subject to condensation of moisture in, on or adjacent to the electrical components of a lighting fixture or ceiling fan. The bulbs will be enclosed and the waters can not enter into the cylinders.

is there a to change out chain for something that will not sway in wind?
This Chandelier does not have other hanging options except the chain.
