Can this light fixture be shorten? What is the length and depth?

This fixture comes with 4 x 12-Inches and 1 x 6-Inch removable rods. Please refer the diagram added to the product page which illustrates the dimension of the product.

is this dimmable?

We have it on a dimmer. But it depends on the type of bulb you use, that goes for any light fixture ever. Certain bulbs aren’t supposed to be dimmed so just check the package and you’re good to go.
