Perfectly Interesting!
This is an interesting fixture...subdued but beautiful blue at base of shade. We dropped over a vintage vanity in a guest bathroom of a new lake home! Gets lots of wows!

Is this pendant blue at the bottom?
Yes it is really just as pictured, deep blue at base of shade! Looks great hung over a vanity in the guest powder room I designed for a client!
