Is assembly required and where is it made?
Thank you for your inquiry. First, the product is manufactured in China. The product does require simple assembly using a Phillips screwdriver, which is not provided. Follow these steps:
1) Lay the table upside down on a carpeted or other protected surface.
2) The table comes with four legs and 8 screws, 8 spring washers and 8 flat washers.Place one spring washer followed by one flat washer on each screw.
3) Align one leg to one of the notches in the table apron. Then take two screws (with the washers), align them to each screw hole on the underside of the table, and hand-tighten each screw attaching the leg to the table.
4) Repeat step 3 for the remaining three legs.
5) Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten the screws attaching the legs to the table. Be careful not to over-tighten the screws.
6) Turn the table over and place it in the desired spot in your space.
7) Optional: Find a beverage of choice, sit down in your favorite spot, and admire your table. Repeat this step often for years to come.
