Bellacor Pro partnered with both the owner and designer of the Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing from the design stage rather than working from a previously generated fixture schedule. This project took advantage of Bellacor Pro’s expertise in the understanding of overall design and architectural style of a building. Due to construction costs going over budget, the originally chosen fixtures had to be reselected to keep costs down. Bellacor Pro dedicated significant time and attention to ensure the new fixtures delivered a high-end outcome for the client while adhering to the building's new budget.
