Why do the specs on your pendants not clearly state the minimum  and maximum hanging options.  Seems one of the most critical pieces of information to make the correct purchase.  Please provide for this product.  Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us. This fixture comes with 2- 9.5 Inches rods and a chain, rods cannot be replaced. The Rod hung adjustable height is 34 Inches. Please reach out to us on 1-877-723-5522, we will help you with your requirement.
