Do the 2 arms swivel? and do their heads rotate or change angles?
Thank you for reaching out to us. The swivel (i.e., lamp head) moves a maximum of 90 degrees from where it is shown on the website. However, the combination of rotation of the arms along with the lamp head can make it possible for the light to shine upwards.
