On one the blades literally melted the other barely moved air. This BAF Moves a lot of air and it is silent and appears rock solid. My patio is comfortable on 90 degree days at about speed setting five. I love the phone app to control it. I love the light kit. Overall Amazing.

As such, I'm giving it the five stars it deserves. I do wish it had a badge or some sort of branded emblem so I didn't have to explain to people how awesome my fan is when I have company. At the price point of this fan, I suppose a hood ornament is probably not a value add to the target market.

It makes all the difference in the world when using my outdoor patio in the middle of the hot Texas summer. It also had even more features than I thought . . . including the ability to use voice commands (via connected Alexa device) to control the fan and light, both power and speed/brightness. These fans are pricy, but worth it!

After contacting the Customer Support i was sent a down rod and once it was re installed with the down rod it was Night and Day difference. Best part was i wasnt charged for the Rod or shipping.

The quality of this fan is amazing, the performance of the fan is exactly what I expected, the fan is very quiet while it is effortlessly spinning the air at its max. I love it. One is working perfectly the other had to be returned because it was shaking during the installation process. No problem, sent back the defective fan and a replacement is on the way. Hopefully it arrives soon! These fans are expensive but worth the extra money.
