The team sent me a replacement super fast, great lamp.
Great lamp! It was a disappointment that the first lamp that was sent was defective , but Brightech customer service was very helpful and understanding and shipped out a new lamp immediately. A great feature is that the arc is adjustable, so it can be fully extended or contracted, depending on what your needs are. I replaced the lightbulb with the a vanity globe LED bulb, because I prefer the light it gives. All in all, I love it. The marble base is great, but heavy as anything. Only improvement I would make is to add a dimmer.

What a gorgeous lamp!
Beautiful lamp ! Very easy to assemble and sturdy. The marble base is 15" in diameter and 2" thick, so it is very supportive and will keep this lamp from tipping over in almost any circumstances. Nice to be able to adjust the angle of the arcing piece. I have read reviews where people were confused about the colours: I chose the "nickel" finish and the shades are more like a "winter white" shade... not white white, but not off-white either... something in between. It's more like cream or very light ivory. Looks great.

Awesome as a statement piece in my living room. This lamp came with such a huge shade, it looks very dramatic and stylish. This lamp gives off very soft light, the off-white lampshade softens the LED bulb's brightness. It's under the impression that it had on/off switches on the floor and on the pole, but I guess I was wrong, there's only a foot pedal. The marble base is very heavy. I was able to adjust the height of this lamp by adjusting the pole length, so now my lamp is in the perfect spot and doesnt block the TV.

I love the color of this lamp
Just as expected, very nice neutral colour lamp which gives off a lot of light. I like that it was adjustable, since it hangs over the couch, so we made it as tall as possible so nobody is going to hit their head when they get up from sitting. I didn't realize that's didn't have a dimmer option, which would be a good thing to add. The on/off switch is on the ground , which wasn't so convenient for us, so we plugged it into an outlet on a switch. Very heavy base, better to assemble it with someone helping you.

If you're on the fence about whether this lamp is right for you , don't hesitate , just buy it. I am a lamp maven and this is one of the nicest lamps I have ever come across. It makes my living room look so cozy and inviting. It's sturdy and beautiful and features a hugely heavy marble base for stability. I really wish it had a dimmer included , because sometimes I need bright light if I'm reading and softer light when I am watching television. In the end, I bought a dimmable bulb to go in here.

The neighbors are so jealous...
I was hemming and hawing about whether or not to buy this lamp for a while and watched the price go up and down as it sat in my cart, but I am glad I decided to buy. I hope that the neighbors kids weren't home when the box with this lamp arrived, because they probably heard a bunch of new cuss words... this lamp was very well packaged and it took considerable effort and elbow grease to extract all the parts from the box. Assembly went pretty quick after that and I am satisfied with the lamp.

This lamp is so stylish, perfect for our home
I am very satisfied with the style and good quality of this lamp. It's beautiful and looks like it came from a high-end store. It wasn't difficult to assemble once you actually get everything out of the boxes! Those boxes were packed very very securely, so if you have someone who can help you with unpacking , go ahead and ask them before trying it yourself. The base is a very heavy slab of marble to keep the lamp steady. Really beautiful piece . Happy with the look and quality

Here is what I think of the product I received.
I love these arch lamps! They are so rich and elegant looking in my living room and the dark marble base is quite impressive. On a gloomy rainy day there is nothing better than to be able to curl up with a book and feel warm and cozy from these lights. They make a basic straight lamp seem inefficient and drab in comparison. It is so wonderful to be able to focus the light where I need it to be. This is a truly fantastic product!

We're very happy with our lamp.
I'm pleased with this purchase, although some of the reviews on this lamp had me concerned. When I got this lamp, at first , I didn't see that there was a pole to extend the arc further out, but once I figured this out, I could find the perfect position for it. The marble base is interesting, I think the black marble with white veins looks a little strange, but it's a heavy base, so nothing is going to tip this lamp over. This lamp is surprisingly good. Very happy with it.

How to assemble when your husband has no time:)
This lamp is the center piece of our conversation corner. I found it easy to put together. When inserting the
Pole into the marble base, my helper was not available. So, I stood the marble base on its side, supported it with fire wood logs on either side and aligned the pole with the hole on the base by supporting it with help of the styrofoam platform it was delivered
in, straightened the electric cord
and fastened the hex nut on back of the base. Done:)

Love this arc lamp.
We are very satisfied with the pair of lamps we bought. Exactly as described , met every expectation and exceeded them. Assembly was easy and not complicated for the average person. The lamps are sitting on either sides four custom designed cherry wood queen bed and they really add to the decor. The whole room now looks completely different with these lamps, more modern and stylish. It's a clever design. We wish your company lots of success.

This lamp looks great.
In general , I am satisfied with this purchase and think this lamp looks great. Looks more expensive than it was. I took away a star because what this lamp is missing is a diffuser at the bottom. You really need something to soften the brightness of the light when you're sitting underneath and similar lamps from other stores have a diffuser attached. This lamp is adjustable , but I have found it difficult to adjust the height by myself .

Identical to Pottery Barn, but so much better!
Better than similar ones that I've seen elsewhere. There are other arc floor lamps that start bending right from the base, which makes the lamp look like it's going to fall over. I liked that this lamp comes straight up from the base and then begins to curve. Disappointed with the shade, wish it was one piece instead of needing to wrap the fabric around the metal. Should be seamless or the seam should be hidden in the back,

Super stable floor lamp, perfect for my living room
All in all, I recommend this lamp, if this style is what you are looking for. We live in an A-frame house, so there are some design challenges with finding the right lighting fixtures, but this works well in our living room space. It's a very large shade which works best in larger rooms . The lightbulb that came with it was a 60W LED and it was much too bright , so we replaced it with a 40W LED soft white lightbulb.

Brightech makes lighting so easy!
I am a 67-year-old woman and I was able to put this lamp together on my own, so if I did it, so can you. I bought this lamp for you dining room ,which didn't have overhead lighting near the dining room table. I had some questions about assembly , but the Brightech customer service people were very helpful. The base is very heavy, so I assembled the lamp on an area rug and just pulled the rug to move the lamp.

Love this lamp.
Really nice lamp. Well packaged too. When it arrived , I was sure that something was missing because the box was so small , but everything was there. It's got a heavy base so there's no danger of the lamp tipping over by accident . My one complaint is that there isn't anything covering the bottom of the lampshade , so you're looking directly at a very bright light. Really needs something underneath.

Great sturdy floor lamp
I didn't think it would best big (ok, reading the measurements in the item description would have told me everything) but love the lamp anyway. Easy to assemble and sturdy. It's very bright and could really use a piece at the bottom of the lighted area to diffuse the light, maybe frosted glass or something. I have something similar in my dining room with a bottom piece that softened the light.

Best arched lamp ever
I was looking for an arched floor lamp with an LED light for quite a while before finding this one. Shipping was fast and the pieces were well packaged. The assembly was pretty easy, even putting the lampshade together. This lamp has a modern chic style which really enhances my living room area. I am giving this four stars because the upper arch piece arrived with a sizeable scratch mark.

I love this lamp.
Much larger than I expected it to be, although the dimensions are listed online, so it's actually my own fault for not paying enough attention. It's more suited for larger spaces, certainly not smaller homes with lower ceilings. It looks nice with my mid century furniture , but really dwarfs everything. Otherwise , it's solid and simple to put together. The marble base is beautiful too.

Love the Mason
Beautiful lamp. When I first set this up, I didn't realize that the rod was telescopic and that it could be extended out. Now that I look at the photos , I understand. Once I extended the pole, it hung down in an arch like it was supposed to . It's important that the base is so heavy. The foot switch is nice, but what this really needs is a remote control with the option to dim.

Very satisfied with the quality and price. Well packaged. Easy to assemble. The marble base is very stylish. The most difficult part was unpacking everything. I bought one for my son as a gift and he loved it so much that I bought one for myself now. Gives off plenty of light, more of a floor lamp rather than a Reading lamp. This lamp gave my salon theriggt decorative touch.

Love this lamp! This is a modern-looking statement piece which holds its own. Well made and sturdy. I was surprised when I received this lamp because I couldn't believe that such a large lamp could be packed up in such a small box, but yes, everything was there. Ingenious packing! Happy with my purchase!
I got this lamp delivered and was surprised by the heavy box. When I went to assemble it was clear that this was a simple well-made lamp. The marble base easily provides stability for the arc lamp and the shade was such an easy assembly. It was a quick install, with plenty of features to help make placement and light location perfect. Cozy lighting
The lamp was easy to put together it took about 10 minutes from opening the box to done. It is more of a comfortable cozy look that gives a warmer feeling. Good for nighttime reading or quiet peaceful moments. I loved that it came with a lightbulb that was a huge plus. Shoutout to Ben for making my day a Brightech Day.

Love the marble base.
I was really surprised to find this lamp comes with a genuine marble base. When I first read the description , I thought it would be like everything else on the internet and that it would be a marble-coloured base and not actually marble. So yeah, be careful taking it out ofthe box, it's heavy. Iliked that the cord is black, so it's not so noticeable .

This is the second of these lamps that I've bought. It took my husband about 20 minutes to put it all together, that is, once we got everything unpacked...because it was packed very securely. Would buy from this company again. Good quality and price and fast delivery. My one complaint is that the bulb that was included isn't as bright as I like.

Great floor lamp, sturdy and safe for the kids to play around!
Buying furnishings online really isn't something I do, but when this lamp arrived , it was exactly as I had pictured it in my mind, probably even better. At first , the directions looked complicated , but as I started , it was pretty straightforward and I was able to do it myself pretty quickly. Good lamp, really defines the style of the room.

I love the arc!
I had a hard time with the assembly, even following the directions. I think there's a manufacturing defect with the parts because I couldn't get the overhanging arm and lampshade to connect without looking crooked. I tried, but it's not straight. In general , it's a sleek and stylish lamp and looks good in the corner beside my recliner.
