Worst directions/terrible assembly/gorgeous produ
I give the chandelier itself 5 stars, HOWEVER- the directions and installation process was awful. As well as the screws that are included in this 123 piece crystal chandelier did NOT HOLD THE Weight of the chandelier and ripped out of our ceiling! Thankfully we heard this, and caught it in time before the electrical cord that was keeping it from crashing broke! The chandelier itself is GORGEOUS but buy bigger/longer screws that can hold the weight of this mega light
