Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gives good lighting I am very picky on lighting, hence my 3 stars. It was put in a 15' sq, bedroom ,8' ceiling and it gives enough lite. Price was right. The shade frame is a white coated enamel, it should have matched the nickle finish.Kind of cheap looking.

Q & A

The one and only review states the shade holder was white and looked cheap. I need to know if this is standard on all lights or was that shipment a 1 off in error? This will hinder my purchase.

I purchased this over two years ago and it has continued to impress me. It is not cheaply made. It is a metal fixture, an acrylic ball, and a standard lamp shade.
