Sticky power buttons
This chair only reclines with a power button. The chair plugs into a wall from the back so it needs an outlet behind it. The chair can’t be viewed from the back because the cord is ugly. The on off buttons sometimes get stuck so the chair doesn’t recline or come back up to sitting position. The chair is very firm and high off the floor so if you are stuck in recline you can’t get out of the chair. The chair is pretty and well upholstered but uncomfortable. The seat unzips so I will have a softer cushion made.

I forgot to ask.....how tall is the top of the back of the chair from seat to top of back? Key dimension to support a medium-tall man's head.
