The House Of Troy Advent Picture Light comes supplied with two(2) 2 W LED bulbs.

How does this light attached to the wall? Is it behind the picture or on top of the picture on the wall? Is there a wire or is this hard wired?
The light came with a plug which I plugged into a receptacle behind the picture. In my case the receptacle is tied into my lighting keypad so I don't need to use the switch to turn the light on and off. If you had the skill you could remove the plug and hardwire the cord into a standard electrical box. You would also need to install a wall switch to turn the light on and off. This would be more desirable as the plug is largish and affects how the picture is hung unless you don't mind having the cord visible where it plugs into a receptacle below the picture frame. There is an on/off switch on the cord which needs to be accessible if you are using a receptacle.The light attaches to the wall behind the picture with hardware which is supplied. I am quite happy with this light.

What do the LED lamps look like and how do they cost?
The LEDs in this lamp are integrated (not removable), the light they give off will be comparable to a fluorescent lamp. In general LED products cost slightly more initially, but use a fraction of the power of traditional bulbs and do not need to be replaced for 40,000 hours or use or more.
