You can't tell from the photo angle, but these are not glazed inside. There is an uneven sloppy splash of glaze on the top inside edge of each vase that does not extend even as far down on my set as it does on the ones pictured. The unglazed white inside is readily visible and detracts from the overall effect. Makes them look cheap. The outside glaze has a nice crackle effect but also "rustic" areas where the glaze is intentionally scratched off. It's sort of an odd effect. I would not have ordered them if I had known these things. Too much trouble to return so I will figure a way to salvage them as the design is otherwise great and the grouping works well.
