Rated 5 out of 5 by TSMm from Gorgeous rug, poor customer care Beautiful rug! No complaints about quality or color matching, etc. It has changed the complete look of our room. We tried to order the rug from a local furniture store. After waiting over two months and not receiving the order, we canceled it and ordered through Bellacor. The rug was not delivered on the estimated date provided by Bellacor when we ordered it. It was about two weeks later. We never received a shipping confirmation and I had to call the Bellacor help line daily to try to get a status update on the shipment. Finally, on the day it was delivered, Bellacor was able to provide me with a tracking number. It would have been nice to have that in advance because it’s a large delivery and preparation was required.

We needed an area rug that was well made and that made a statement. We found it! Every time any of use walks across it you can hear an "ohhhhh this is nice"! Not kidding everytime. If you are shopping area rugs...you found the place!

It’s is exactly what I wanted for our space. The colors are vibrant and the texture is gorgeous. Looks like a very expensive rug, but was decently priced. If you’re in the market for a new rug I would recommend this one, it’s great!
