Not bulky or overpowering, but commands attention while not being fussy or overwhelming. Absolutely perfect match to other black stainless items. Have two of them over kitchen island. Sleek, understated...just perfect. Give off excellent light from the bottom curved frosted glass pieces. Not glaring, not dim. Excellent in the kitchen area.
