My room is paint light shade of gray and the fan matches my room decor perfectly. The remote is my favorite feature, I can adjust the fan without getting out of bed.

I wish the unit would have come with built-in lighting. Bu I understand we can add that on. So we are looking forward to that.

Just Beautiful!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Canfield™ XL 60" Fan in distressed black. The fan comes with very detailed instructions that are easy to follow. My husband and I have installed many fans over the years, and this one was packed beautifully, and between the two of us, we were able to install the fan in about an hour. The fan is fairly heavy, so help was needed while installing it, but it comes with a safety type of hanger that helps to hold the fan in place while installing. This particular fan does not come with a light fixture, but a light source was not needed where we installed it. The fan is very heavy duty and works great on all settings. It is not noisy at all, which is a big plus, and is rather on the quiet side. The overall look of the fan is beautiful. I have received many compliments. To me, it has a rustic look to it that fits well with my decor. I also like how the blades come in different colors, but to me, black stood out the most, really making the fan pop out on the ceiling. The product appears to be very well made, and should last for many years.

Unique look with amazing performance!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the rustic/artsy look! When I first opened the box and saw the distressed black finish I was a little skeptical but I love the unique look it gives! I have never seen a finish like this before so it is a pleasant change in look over the standard flat or shiny black finish you see in some fans. The design is kinda like a raised splattered paint. I included a closeup picture for detail.
Installation could not have been anymore of a breeze. I love the simplicity of installing the mounting bracket and then hanging the fan from it with the “hanger ball” for wiring. I didn’t have to hold anything up or in place while making all the wiring connections! Pretty awesome! I also love the fact that you have a choice between 2 sides on the fan blades. You can chose from walnut or cherry. I love them both and will probably switch it up with the season changes to keep things fresh!
The operation is amazingly smooth! I have had fans in the past that wobble back and forth but not the Canfield. I can barely tell it was on and it moves a ton of air with its 60” span.
Could not be happier and highly recommend this fan and I can’t wait to try some of the different models in my other rooms!
