[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan I would say is average for a ceiling fan at this price point. It was not nearly as “beefy” as it appeared in the photos online. I was looking for a nautical, more industrial look.
Also, it was installed in a bedroom of average size and the amount of light is enough, but could be more.
That being said, it is a nice looking fan with really good air movement. And it is low profile enough to fit perfectly above a bed with 8 foot ceilings.
I also really liked the remote that comes with the fan. It has 3 fan speeds (each a separate button for ease) and the light control.
The installation was overall ok. The directions could have been more clear for installing the collar. It took 3 tries to get it correct.
I think there are better fans at this price, but it definitely isn’t the worst especially in a smaller room.

Staying Cool In Style
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were beyond thrilled to receive our new Kichler Pillar 52" LED Indoor Ceiling Fan! It shipped quickly, was packed well (with all parts), and no damage. My hubby and his buddy installed our new fan in our living room area. It took about two hours. The instructions were easy to follow. I love the casual/ modern look of this fan. The blades are silver (almost metallic) on one side, and wood grain on the other. We chose to use the silver side because it matches well with our kitchen cabinets. The satin black hardware adds spectacular detail, and makes the fixture pop! Love having the extra light in our living room too. I know our new Kichler Ceiling Fan will help with our electric bill this summer by circulating the air. I would recommend the Pillar 52" LED Indoor Ceiling Fan to anyone, and have told my friends all about it.

Perfect For Our Modern Game Room!

The remote work out perfectly because of the high ceiling we did have to worry about the logistics of turning it on and off or changing the speed. Installation was straight forward with good instructions.

Beautiful fan

My favorite ceiling fan in the house
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one that likes looking for new lighting or even ceiling fans. But, I have to say this one is excellent. It is exactly as described. Not to mention this goes with just about any decor. I love the fact you can reverse the blades to match your decor.
Setting it up is not too hard. However it would help to have experience and probably a little help yourself. The complete system is not extremely heavy. But, there is some weight to it. Which is why I said you may want some help. Just to have an extra set of hands.
The Pillar ceiling fan is satin black. It is a 52" LED indoor ceiling fan. Not recommended for outdoor use. Packaging is done very well. I love the look and design. You will need tools to help install this ceiling fan. I feel this is an elegant fan at an affordable price. I would most definitely recommend this ceiling fan to anybody.

Beautiful fan!!

Great Modern Ceiling fan for large rooms

Nice simple fan

The light is very bright, a little too much. We like the other fans with adjustable brightness better. It was pretty easy to install, I had a little trouble fitting all of the cables in, but I managed.

Elegent but simple

Modern and Easy to Install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fan has quickly become one of my favorite fixtures in our home. We're slowly but surely replacing every light in our home and this one took over for a basically unusable kitchen fan from the 1980s. I can't overstate how much of an upgrade it is. Aesthetically, it's so pretty. The dark wood grain paired with the black metal is modern, elegant, and the perfect match for the rest of the black fixtures I have in the room. Second, this was way easier to install than some of the other smaller fixtures we've put in this house. My husband and I (mostly my husband, if we're being honest) got the old fixture out and this one up in under two hours. That might seem like a long time to some but we are amateurs and that was pretty impressive for us. We were a little hesitant about the remote function as we have a similar fixture where we really struggled to get the remote to connect when installing. This connected on the first try and makes it so much easier to control the fan without any reaching and pulling on strings. Lastly, the light is just right. It's warm but not overbearing. There does seem to be a touch of a delay for the light to go on but it's hardly noticeable.
