It was easy to install and the air flow is excellent. It has a smooth air flow and is quiet. The finish is sleek and it looks great. I would recommend this fan for someone who wants to add air flow, but is concerned about the elements like sun or water spray that may be an issue in a porch or sun room enclosure.

For being a outdoor/ indoor fan because it is weatherproofed. It circulates the air in a even way that doesn't make it too hard. I have enjoyed this fan and it was pretty easy to install. I would and have recommended this to my mom and others. I received this fan in exchange for my unbiased review.

It was super easy to install. Took my husband less then 30 minutes from start to end. It's great quality and looks great. It is pretty big. I highly recommend this fan.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Fan rattles due to faulity screw design! The screw that holds the blade to the shaft of the motor does not stay in place. When you turn the fan on it will run normally for about 5 seconds and then the screw will loosen and it will start rattling on the underside of the fan. There is no real way to completely tighten the screw.
