does this have drop downs so we can make it shorter?

Good Morning: 44260 comes with 2 -6" stems and 2 - 12" stems. You can make shorter by eliminating some of the stems when installing. Please keep in mind you must use at least one stem of any size to install. Thank you for contacting us.
