Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Fixture Makes My Old Home Look New [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My home is almost 70 years old and, naturally, has some room for improvements, which is why I was so excited to get these pretty bubbled glass lights from Kichler. These lights combine a kind of classic look in the hardware with something a little more modern in the shape and texture of the glass, which I think is perfect for my little cottage home. With that in mind, I did run into a couple issues on the installation, part of which was because my home is set up for light fixtures from the 1950s (inconveniently). One issue was based in confusion about the graphic in the directions and one was because the provided screws were too long for the fixture (likely a flaw of my home and not of the fixture). Overall, I think the lights look really nice now - the one on the front of my house is attached here. The light is extremely bright through the fixture which is super important for me as it makes me feel safer. The light also looks very expensive/high-end and I'm very optimistic about how it will wear over time.
