It comes complete with T-3 or T-4 mini-can base and a tungsten halogen lamp included making it a wonderful buy for your bathroom. It is UL listed for wet location.

Do not buy this lighting. Kichler has a complete line of these and we bought them for the entire house. The glass is $50 to replace when it breaks, they collect dust like crazy, and the bulbs are $11.

Beautiful but flawed fixture
I originally purchased 2 of these fixtures when my house was built and even added more when I finished my basement. A year after moving into the house and the fixtures being used, one went out. I replaced it and life went on. However, a couple more years go by and now another one is dead. I am able to wire another fixture just fine and it works so I know it is not the wiring or bulbs. In facts, the two bulbs in the lastest fixture completely burned up. I wouldn't recommend this fixture to anyone who expects it to last more than a few years.

Bulbs are expensive!
I've had this fixture but with the three globes for many years now. It was expensive. The bulbs burn out rather quickly and are about $10-12 to replace. They are 100 watts each! Today I noticed one of the globes was chipped on the edge. I will be replacing it with something more durable and hopefully with bulbs that last longer. It has been beautiful and it provides the best light of any room in my house. If you are trying to see something that's difficult to see, it's the light you want!

Beautiful light but bad design
I like the looks of this light fixture very much. But we had to come up with all kinds of creative ways to actually get it put up. The design in not correct. The holes to attach the plate to the wall are the very same holes you need to use to attach the fixture to the plate. This needs to be addressed!! My husband is clever enough and we were patient enough to make this work but...really!!
