Just beautiful!
Just purchased & received it quickly. This is one heck of a light! Just beautiful & goes great with my French country theme! This light looks like a well worn antique, with tons of patina & character! Absolutely love it!! Well worth the $$$$ as far as I was concerned. I did have a minor issue with one of the glass insert pkgs being broke. However, a quick call to CS & a replacement order was initiated! No hassles!!
I’ll try to add a final Cleaned up pic later, but this is one right after the contractor hung it.

My ceiling is not that high. Is the 22 3/4 an accurate number with the chain or just the piece ?
The 22.75 Inches is without the chain, this item comes with 8 Feet of chain and 10 Feet of power cord length.
