Bathroom light fixture
This is a beautiful light and is exactly what I was looking for to put in my newly renovated bathroom. However, this product was not made well and I had to add pieces of wood to the back plate because the screws that were included were way too long for the fixture. It did not tightly secure to the wall without me adding to the depth of the plate. The installation process was very difficult, but once we figured out how it would work with the extra pieces added to it, it worked with 3 people to put it up. Consumers should never have to add to a product outside of the pieces included with the item. Be cautious when buying this light.

Loooove It!
I bought this vanity light a little over a month ago, and LOVE it! It's for our guest bathroom, and all of the fixtures are bronze, so this matches fabulously! The look of the bathroom is industrial chic, and I have received so many complements on this light. It was fairly simple to install, works great and looks wonderful. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a rustic/industrial light for their bathroom!

Perfect for the theme in our powder room!
I bought this for a shabby chic remodel of our downstairs powder room! It matches all of the other rubbed bronze fixtures perfectly. We are starting the remodel this weekend, and I can't wait to get it up.

Exactly what I needed.
I wanted this style of light but i also needed a large plate in the back to accommodate electrical placement. This worked perfectly. The wire cages come off if desired.

Is the bulb visible and is an Edison bulb recommended for this fixture?
The bulb is partially visible. We have two of these fixtures; one in each of the bathrooms and two -two light fixtures in the Master Bath. We chose the LED lights over the Edison Bulbs because they provided better lighting. Do not remember a specific bulb type being recommended in the packaging. You could put the Edison Bulbs in these. We liked the Edison bulbs but we didn't like them in these. If you like you can email me directly and I will send you a picture with the bulbs in them.

How far down does the cage on the base of the light hang down below the frame? I have a cabinet door that opens below the light and there isn't a lot of room. Thank you.
The cage hangs down approximately 3"-inches from the base of the backplate.
