Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly as described - works great I had bought the wrong downrod on a different website, which meant my electrician had to come back to finalize my ceiling fan install (which ended up costing me, so...lesson learned!). This one was exactly as described and connects in a very sturdy way, which keeps the fan stable. So it's not just the correct item, it's also a well-made item. I'm very happy with the whole setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Downrod... DIDN'T FIT Got the downrod, but then electrician came and it was too big. Didn't realize there are different diameters. This was 1" and we needed 3/4 in. This company didn't have the other size. Had to return. BUT, good service
