The fans are really great: high air flow, remote, very sleek and contemporary even for an older house with low ceilings. One fan has a broken part, and customer service was amazing going above and beyond to fix the problem. They really bent over backwards so we wouldn't have to take it down and send it back. (Our builder installed it because my hubby is disabled). This is definitely my go to place for anything home! The prices are very competitive, but finding the cheapest price is easy. Customer service as great as theirs is priceless! I literally received responses within minutes.....even on weekends!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by jemick from Great fan for price After agonizing over multiple choices and price points for a fan with the right looks and a light included, we decided on this fan. We put this in our media room. The installation was easy and quick and it looks very stylish. It puts out a decent amount of air and the included remote fits nicely on the wall. The only negative aspect is that the light is not very bright, but since we have recessed lights in the room, that is not a huge concern.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anne from Great fan We have purchased six of these fans and they are wonderful. Easy to install, look great, really helps to circulate the air. The only negative is you can’t flush mount them. It never entered my mind to check because the first three I bought were being mounted on very high ceilings. The second three are on eight foot ceilings and the stem that connects to ceiling makes the fan feel really low. But overall they are awesome and stylish.

Things I would change: The motor is a little noisy and I would like the ability to control the light in the same way the fan speed is controlled. Currently with the light, one has to hold down the button and the light dims or brightens to the desired setting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Bigjack from Bone White didn't work for me [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bone white is almost like a buttercream. Against white ceiling you would really notice. Returned the fan for this reason only and ordered a different MinkaAire fan that is available in a more standard white. Have purchased this brand in the past and have had good experience.

They look great and they produce more than an efficient amount of air flow. The Light provides good illumination for the size of our rooms. I definitely recommend this product.
