beautiful finish and great style/price!
I ordered the Brushed Carbon / Soft Brass and it is even prettier in person! I had a hard time finding a fan this color (not black, not grey) wasn't extremely expensive. I also love the subtle brass accents on it! The LED light is bright/warm toned and you can adjust the brightness level with the remote. We installed ourselves, the instructions were easy to follow. The only negative is that it took 3 months to receive the fan, but that is expected with COVID right now. Overall, I LOVE it and am considering ordering another one for out living room.

Excellent Customer Service From MinkaAire
My wife and I are very pleased with the MinkaAire Orb fans we installed in our sun room. They look and work great. Unfortunately, a lightning induced power surge damaged the lighting circuits. MinkaAire technical support provided excellent troubleshooting advice and helped us obtain necessary replacement parts. Their customer service was absolutely top notch.

Buyer beware!
looks nice, But cheap fan blades warped in first week. One specifically sagged over an inch. Had to take it off and flip it but it is still not straight. Installed two Hunter fans at same time with no problems!

Humms so loudly
This fan hums so loud we will never run it. Now I'm out 2 hours until installing and reinstalling if I want to try again? Unacceptable for a fan this price.

Poorly made.
This fan makes too much noise, the parts are rickety, and the remote never works. I am very disappointed with this purchase and would return.
