Can this be hung from a sloped ceiling?

I think No. The 3 rods that hold the fixture have to be each a different length when hanging from a sloped ceiling.

The description says it has a top diffuser.  Does this mean that this fixture provides "up" lighting that illuminates the ceiling, and not just the floor?  I really want indirect lighting in my lighting plan for the kitchen.
