What is the size of the bottom mounting cup? -Is it 3" or larger? Is it the real brass or simulated to withstand corrosion from location near an ocean? Does this pattern come in smaller versions to complement uniform design around the property?

This Light will fit with the standard 3" post. This fixture is made of metal and comes with the protective coating to withstand the exterior weather, since it is Exterior Wet Rated. And this fixture does not comes in any smaller sizes.

Can this be converted to a pier mount with a pier mount base? If so, which pier mount base goes/works with it and is the same color?
