The International Dark-Sky Association (IDA) is a non-profit organization that educates and promotes the reduction of the effects of outdoor lights on the night sky by reducing the night time glare caused by outdoor lighting fixtures. The Great Outdoors® is pleased to present exciting Dark-Sky Friendly families of outdoor lighting, compliant with the standards established by the IDA, including our popular Dark-Sky Friendly sconces. All meet UL or ETL standards for wet locations. While our Dark-Sky fixtures meet IDA specifications, you will need to consult local regulations for specific standards established in your area when choosing your fixtures.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Work reasonably well I like the look of these and they work reasonably well, but the bulbs were difficult to get working properly. They are the "two pin" type base rather than screw in and it took a lot jiggering them around to get them to actually work.
