Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bellacor charges $90+ to return this cheap chair I purchased this chair and within 5 minutes of having it delivered called and said it was poorly made; the back of the chair moves quite a bit when you lean back on it. They told me that is the nature of a woven chair. Well...I own woven chairs from Crate & Barrel and Kingsley Bate and there's are sturdy. Also, the chair is really yellowish, not a whitewash. I even got AMEX involved but Bellacor wouldn't budge and said the movement of the back of the chair doesn't make it defective. Seriously. They emailed me that the return shipping would cost $92.27 (total sale was $220.16). That's 42% of the cost of the product! After many, many phone calls with different customer service representatives, someone finally reduced my return shipping cost to $50. It took time, lots of effort and as a customer, I'm so disappointed with Bellacor. Please do not shop here. BTW, I'm buying my dining room chairs from Kingsley Bate, a great company with quality products.
