What is "French Umber"? Is the color more gold than gold? How does this color look against the brushed nickel faucets? As someone else asked if there were matching pendant lights for over the sink?

The color is more brown. Not gold at all. Personally I would not use this chandelier or this finish with brushed nickel faucets. There are quite a number of chandeliers with an antiqued or brushed satin/ nickel finish that would work with the faucets. If you do a search on "Salento" on Bellacor's site, you will see pendants.

I'm considering this light for a breakfast area. Question is I need a light over my sink in kitchen, is there anything you could suggest to compliment this light in same area? I'm also considering larger fixture for our dining area, which is open concept.

Without knowing the space above your sink, and also how open your space is, this is difficult to answer. If you're wanting to stay with the same style as the one in this email, then I would suggest, on Bellacor's website, search the Salento French Umber Chandelier. There are quite a few options, including a decent amount of smaller ones that might work above the sink.
