What should be used to clean the glass on this pendant?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Try to use a soft cloth and wipe down, but if need to be clean more use mild soap and water. No cleaning chemicals.

it says the width and the overall height, but I am trying to figure out the height of the pendant part only. Trying to hang these over an island.

This Savoy House Dunba Pendant measures 12"W x 28.5"H -inch and comes with (1) 6" and (4) 12" downrods for hanging height adjustment up to the maximum of 84.375” inch.
