Need the base width in inches/ height. Plus inches from base  to shade. How is shade attached to fixture thanks

Base is 4.5" wide by 4.5" High. The measurement we can provide on the shade to base measurement is actually the measurement from the top of the shade to the horizontal arm, which is 10 inches. Attached is how it is assembled with shade.
