Q & A

The controller has a button which has 2 arrows on it. I assume this is to reverse the motor turning direction. However, when pressing this button nothing happens. What are the steps to cause the motor to go in reverse?

does the savoy house rmt-ac-universal remote come with the transmitter that is attached to the fan?

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the fan is an AC motor you will need the remote and receiver, if the fan is a DC motor you only need the remote.
