How do you change the Bulb?

It has a hidden door the you change the bulb through. Was not in the place that the directions in the package showed though

Can this light use LED bulbs - and wondering how two would look over a breakfast table in the kitchen?

I'm sure you could use an led bulb. They would have to be small since the space to put it in is small. They are quite small for over a table. It would have to be pretty narrow if your worried about scale.

can this me used for a covered porch?

I have it hanging indoors but think it is closed up enough to be safe in a very sheltered location as long as it didn't get direct rain or snow. I have a similar larger star on my covered porch and it is fine there although from a different vendor. They are both very pretty.
