The specs say 34.5" high, but it obviously is adjustable. What is the seat height range?
When the seat is at the lowest setting, the top of the seat (sitting area, not backrest) is at 26.5" and it will extend another 4" to 30.5"

Does this stool swivel?
It swivels to adjust the height up and down. So in a sense, it can move with a little bit of a swivel when you stand. They are terribly uncomfortable though. I went with the "beauty is pain" but regret it once in a while. They are awesome looking and everyone talks about them when they come in.

Just to clarify this stool is COUNTER height and NOT bar height. The reason I ask is it says it's 34 inches high and counter height is usually 26 inches.
This is a Bar Stool with overall height of 34.5"-inches and the floor to seat height of 30"-inches.
