Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not good for a hot room. We recieved the fan quicker then originally expected. It's a really nice looking fan. It doesn't really move alot of air, so putting it in a room that gets hot wouldn't be a great idea. It was missing a light bulb, I had to go a buy one.

The remote control has a push button that toggles ~7 dimming levels. I do not know if you could connect it to a dimmer switch.
