The bulb is screwed in sideways so that it is dark on the left side and lit on the right side. There is not an overall balanced lighting with these lights at all.Poor lighting design. I wrote to see if I could return them but no company response. Poor customer response/poor lighting design

I'm a bit confused by your dimensions. Is this light 13" wide and comes off the wall 6.5"? It doesn't seem like it would come off the wall 13". Can you please verify before I purchase this? Thank you, Joann
