When the description says "copper patina" does that mean it's painted to look like copper or is it real copper?

This lamp is described as having TWO 200 watt bulbs but I see only one bulb in the pictures.  How many bulbs does it use and what watt, please!! I have asked three times and have not ever received an answer! Thank you.
