Perfection
Bought 3 of these 2 years ago for b/n our garage doors and front porch on our mid-century limestone ranch home. The porch has an overhang, so not a lot of open/airy space, and these fit the space perfectly. Lots of compliments from neighbors and visitors. They are very well made and solidly built.

what is the distance from the wall when this is installed?
The back of the lamp backs eight on to the wall. The only thing about these lamps is they’re advertised as being bigger than they are. The true size is 7.5 - 13.5 inches. I kept them until I find a longer lamp like them.

Are the mounting screws centered at 6-1/4"? Does the 13-1/2" include the upper portion, or is that the main base? If it does, what is the main base dimension?
The 13
.5" includes the upper portion. The mounting screws appear to be centered in the main base dimension. Taking a tape to the installed unit, the base is approximately 12" and the mounting screws are centered at approximately 6". BTW ...we are very pleased with our purchase, find the unit to be beautiful and purchased LED lights to make it economical to use.

Are your outdoor lighting products rustproof for Canadian weather.
I have just purchased and installed two outdoor oil rubbed bronze front door lanterns, at my home in Peterborough, ON. These lanterns will do fine up against the harsh winters we receive in Canada. The wiring is well protected from the elements, and their products are exceedingly well manufactured!
